HR asked questions about research and productivity, they made us donate to a charity, they didnt tell me that mandatory overtime was required at the interview . My recruiter was very nice although she left after I was hired.
Interview with hr manager .. Very laid back .. Extensive background check so it took some time for the hiring process to begin . I still haven't received a call back yet . The hiring process is very long winded

What is your current job description , how do you handle an irate customer , what did and didn't you like about your job , explain a time you went above and beyond for a customer .. The typical behavioral based question .. No question was confusing or too hard
