Phone interview, then face to face interview, then "Rio day" with hands on work, finally a Skype interview with CEO. Had to reschedule Skype several times, because of CEO schedule and traveling but no consideration when it was a conflict for me. Skype not working so he didn't bother calling on land line or cell.
