Q&A, A staff of 2 and 1 trainee asked each applicant 4 questions. I feel that the interview was biased and that age had a part of my not obtaining a position with this company not lack a knowledge.

My interview was a Group interview. They look for high energy and exciting individuals to entertain guests, customers, gamblers, diners, and passerby’s. Go have fun and be spontaneously kooky but not crazy in a bad way.

Was set up as an "audition". Worked behind a bar at my Bartending School, and "served" my interviewers. They ordered drinks and got to know me, and graded me on my overall performance.
