Interview
Part 1
Recruiter calls for phone interview. If it goes well you get invited to a panel Interview.
Part 2
Panel Interview.
I with a group of roughly 20 where lead into a room with a table in the middle with 3 chairs and a row of 20 chairs arranged in a horse around a table.
We met the interview panel and then they told us the process.
Part A. Had to stand up and introduce yourself. State the position (s) you where applying for and why you would be a good fit for the job and for Horseshoe.
Part B there is a deck of cards on the table and we had to pick one. They had a list and you either had a role play or a question.
( Job related role play I.e. lost reservation. Irate customer. Poor loser etc). (Questions job or career. If you could visit any time period where and why. If you could meet any famous person dead or alive who and why.)
Part C Ask Interviewers questions.
Part D wait while they deliberated in another room they called people some single and some in groups then came inside and told those remaining we made it past the panel. We where given a paper that said we could expect a call in 3-5 days. I received my call about 3 hours after leaving my panel Interview.
