After applying I was sent a generic thank you and a link to complete the Wonderlic. I spent 40 minutes completing the assessment. 2 days later I received an email from a 3rd party asking me to film myself essentially answering phone-screen questions in lieu of an actual phone screen with a person, because they've received so many applications for this role.
The following Monday I received an email asking if I had any non-competes and my availability for a video interview. I met with 2 senior members of the HR staff for ~60 minutes and felt great about the conversation. They said I had made it through over 2000 applicants they had received and would be hearing something in about a week. That was 5 weeks ago.
I followed up with a thank you the day after and another email (I wasn't given any other contact info from the 3rd party or HR staff to reach them) and haven't received any response. Nothing, in 5 weeks.
