The interview asked about career path and why I want to change my role. There was only 1 round of interview by the line manager. It was on Zoom and scheduled within a week.

Sharing My Interview Experience with Cadila Pharmaceuticals Attended their walk-in interview twice — once in January and again recently. Both times, it was arranged at a café, and candidates were asked to adjust to their timing. I waited patiently, but the actual interview lasted barely 2 minutes. They spoke only in the local language, asked what I’m currently doing, and ended it abruptly without any meaningful conversation. What’s worse — there was no proper feedback. I followed up with the recruiter via call and message, but received no response. As a candidate, I understand if I’m not the right fit, but basic professionalism and communication are expected. Just sharing this so other candidates know what to expect.
