I was asked to come to the headquarters in Oklahoma City. The VP of hiring did the interview and she basically asked me why I wanted to work there and then she went over what the job entailed. After that she asked me if I still wanted to do the internship and then I signed paperwork that day and took my drug test. I am a college student though and I know the process for other people is different. I got in contact with cactus through their website general contact section, I was emailed back that day.
