Some objective context:
-the posting online stated it was for a CSR role, but it was a sales position instead.
-I was advised by a worker there that there is a operations department which is the customer service side, but I was advised I had to be comfortable pushing for the sale
-compensation 33k per year with commission bonus. The online posting said 33k to 39k though.
I could possibly be wrong, but the company is connected to Canada Drives and is a separate department altogether. I shadowed an agent and they utilized sales force as a CRM and Five9 as a dialing service.
