Fairly standard, lot of strengths based questions based on Civil Service Fast Stream behaviours, took around 40 minutes. Over telephone rather than a zoom link, very low stress. Recruiter asked a couple of questions to ease you in, said they weren't assessed but notes were made so this is something to be aware of.

Questions based on Success Profiles and behaviours. Interviewers asked further clarifying questions to get more information and pull out details needed for higher scores. Overall, easy once you know what they want from your answers.
