I applied for the Global Operational Excellence Manager position and was contacted that same week. The process included two interviews with HR and the department head followed by two demanding business cases that required many hours of work. After three weeks of silence, I was asked to present both cases to a panel from various departments, then had a final interview with the Director of Operations.
Despite all the effort and time invested, I never received any feedback or follow-up. The role continues to be reposted under different titles, which feels unprofessional and disappointing after such an intensive process.
