Cabela's Club Card Program Manager interview questions

Applied online. Received a call back a few weeks later. Met with the outfitter and had a long conversation about the company and the position. They were willing to discuss salary estimates though I thought they were a bit low, especially for a sales position and the extended work hours of 10-12 hours a day. rotating shifts and not many weekends off.
