You apply. Then do a virtual interview. Then they call you for an in person interview. It’s a super simple process and standard, basic interview questions. It does take some time after you apply to hear from a recruiter.

Virtual Job Preview and biodata questions Situational Questions Skills test and small answer questions they weight the previous tests to determine if you are viable for a second interview I don't know what else to say

Interview
The interview process was pretty easy. But I recommend asking a lot of questions regarding the WFH rules. They were very strict and learned about the rules after I got hired.
