I applied thought my university career website, they contacted me after about a week. Setup an in-person interview. Did a written test with some basic math question and pseudo code. (30 minutes) I was graded by some developer, they called me to another office and had an interview with two developers. Some white board questions about databases and code. Went to the VP of software developer office and got an offer.
