Interview was very quite and simple. Interviewer didnt get into much details of my background except for the work related experiences. Asked about my education and experience in composites. any hands on experience with layup process.

First I got a call for interview after I went to the company on decided date for interview. Interview was help by company president then they said we will get back to you by phone and next day I got a call that I cleared my interview then they asked me to join company as soon as possible.
