I recently went through the hiring process, which lasted over six weeks.
Here’s a summary of my experience:
Initial Steps: The process began with a recruiter interview followed by an online assessment that had no time restrictions.
Interview Process:
I participated in a three-hour interview where the hiring manager presented information about the company and its benefits. It was mentioned that employees enjoy attending conferences together as part of their benefits.
This was followed by two panel interviews, including one focused on a coding assessment, during which I received positive feedback from the interviewers. Communication was courteous.
Concerns:
Throughout the process, I experienced significant disorganization and a lack of preparedness.
It felt as though the recruiter seems to dance along with the hiring manager. Hiring manager did not tell the truth.
Additionally, I noticed a lack of diversity within the hiring team.
Final Thoughts:
I have concerns that the company may not have genuinely intended to fill this role. Notably, the job listing disappeared within minutes after my interview.
Don’t fall for their deceptive practices.
