Overall, the process was very professional. It was a 3-step process starting with a phone interview with two engineers. The phone interview was all about my background and resume, nothing too technical. After that I was given a week long assignment which could be done in 4-8 hours. The final step is an on-site interview of about 3-4 hours. Here they introduce you to the company and test you verbally and through a programming exercise.
