Hiring and interview were smooth, the interviewers were more like cheer leaders for the company and convince you to come on board. Sort of makes you feel welcome. Hiring on permanently though is the most painful experience ever. They give very ridiculous excuses and lie constantly.

Friendly, relaxed, and relatively easy questions. If you get an interview you probably will get the position unless you really bomb. You must know how to code in C#. Fairly quick hiring process.
