A rather rushed meeting with the CEO. Simply fired a series of questions and sent you out the door. The negative reviews prove to be rather true for the position to be a door to door position. Compensation was never discussed either, only how soon the person can work.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
How do you see yourself performing in a energetic intense environment?
Was told we'd be walking to a new location and to dress warm, they did not mention the location would be outside in the middle of winter. I thought I had frostbite. People were not compassionate. Seemed sketchy. Stay away. Had us go out with one of the staff members and we had to take notes on everything. The one other applicant with me asked questions but when I did, I was told questions we were not allowed to ask any.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at CTB Global (New York, NY) in Jul 2018
Interview
This company has now changed their name to The Jam Factory which took me some digging to find out. This was a total waste of time and a very sketchy experience. The job post was for a marketing assistant position which turned out to be a commission based entry level street sales. First interview with CEO Eddie was extremely short with almost no opportunity to ask questions, he said he has 150 resumes to go through and needs to be quick. Second "interview" was suppose to be a full day experience with the company and some work in the field for their client Sprint. The field work turned out to be standing on the street and trying to get people to sign up for a free cell phone, if they are even qualified for one. Nowhere on the job post or during the first interview it was mentioned that the job involves on the street sales, all I was told that they need people asap to work on the marketing campaign for Sprint which was not the case at all. I withdrew my application immediately.
