CSS Industries Continuous Improvement Required- Analyst interview questions

I was contacted by HR Generalist based in buying office in New York. I got an interview with the hiring manager and was after the interview, i was told by the HR that they will provide me an updates for the next interview with GM the following week. One week after- i tried to follow up with the HR Generalist but she did not respond to me at all but she promised to provide me an updates from time to time. This was so unprofessional and i think the HR should be reviewed for her professionalism.
