The hiring manager asked me a serious of situational questions where I would give specific examples of how I have handled challenging situations in the past. I answered with detailed descriptions. The manager also described a typical day as a service agent. She took me out on the floor to see what the system looked like. She also explained the licensing process stating the period of time in which I would have and asked if I was going to have an issue with that.

easy process although felt like I was lead on because during the interview they went into deep detail about the company ins and outs and how much pay the position would be as well as how choosing a shift would be and upcoming training. Frankly with the process interviews I would advise to omit these details until there is assurance or at least mutual agreement that certain candidates will be moving forward. it is ridiculous to waste our time with a description of information for a company that we would not be working for.
