I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at CRS Group (Romeoville, IL)
Interview
We did a short phone screening first. I got invited for an initial interview. They were very transparent about everything, not to be rude, but in between questions it was a bit awkward. I got invited to a second interview, same type of thing, just more in depth. I told them my salary requirements and since it’s far more than what i’m making more they literally asked me why do I expect such a high salary raise (i’m currently severely underpaid, and i said that) they gave me a tour of the office, it’s really nice honestly. very big and spacious. because it went well. i thought i nailed it and would get it. but i guess maybe they just act like that with every candidate.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CRS Group (Itasca, IL) in Apr 2014
Interview
Simple interview process. I went in for one interview and it took a week to receive an offer. But it took 2 weeks to start since they were implementing a new ATS.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at CRS Group (Columbus, OH) in Mar 2012
Interview
The interview went well until it went downhill quickly. They advertised all these great benefits on their web site and I was expecting to be offered these benefits. The interviewer said that was for employees only and not for contract jobs. I would have never wasted my time with this joke of a company if I was not mislead. He had a smirk on his face because he was covered under these great benefits and thought it was humorious that somebody else was frustrated about being lied to. I rejected this joke of an offer.
