Manage the residential Belgrad business. To oversea all marketing and Sales for the U.S. & canada. This position would be working with dealers of the Belgard products to insure they were following the Oldcastle business strategy.
This position is responsible for managing all aspects of the Belgard Hardscapes line as well shared responsibility.

Interview
Never got past the initial phone interview, even though I was very qualified for the position. I did not check off all the boxes for screening and I get that. All and all the process was good. I would consider applying for positions at the company in the future.
