I was cold called on a Friday about an application I submitted for a project manager position. I am currently employed full-time and explained that I had a schedule and task that I was already committed to completing by the end of the day. And asked if we could reschedule the call. I was told they would call me the following Monday after 10 AM when I would be available. Monday came and I made time to receive a phone call and discuss this position further. The call never came, so my time was wasted. I called back later in the afternoon what was sent to voicemail. I left a brief voicemail and have not heard back since. I believe this reflects poorly on both the person who reached out to me as well as the company. I would no longer consider taking a position with this company if this is how they operate.
