After HR screen and 1:1 with hiring manager, required to do a panel interview. One member was via zoom. Another entered room late. Was like a firing squad of questions with minimal interaction or discussion.

4 interviews. First with HR and next three with hiring manager, group head, and a peer colleague. Last was Department head. Whole process last 3 months. The interviews were a mix of behavourial and general.
