For me it was nice and the interviewers were both friendly they just wanted to gather and idea about your personality to see how you will treat the customers

It was quite simple and they accepted to do trough Skype as I was outside of the country, it was easy to handle and they were very friendly. Had to make a simulation of a call, i was not that good but even tough I was accepted.

Ho fatto solo un incontro, il ragazzo che mi ha ricevuto è stato molto gentile e mi ha messo subito molto a mio agio.
Era vestito in modo molto informale.
