One short online screening interview (basic question about the position and industry with answers recorded via webcam, no live person). Two in-person interviews - the second being with the "final three" candidates.

Pre-recorded video questions with a small amount of time to prepare before giving an answer, then 2 in person interviews. They took a long time to tell me whether I got the job or not.
