The process was pretty poor. I was contacted two days after my application to set up an interview with their HR manager. We arranged a call on Monday of the following week. However, no call was forthcoming--when I finally reached her, she said that a co-worker had called in sick and she was too busy to talk to me, so we rescheduled for the next day. Again, no phone call--after leaving a voicemail I got an email that she had accidentally placed the appointment on her calendar for the following week, so we rescheduled for Friday. Friday morning I got an email that they were extending an offer for the role.
