Interview
The entire process consisted of 3 interviews with CPEX's COO. The interviews were pretty standard and not too difficult. They lasted about 15-30 minutes. The experience was fine - not too nerve-wracking, mainly behavioral questions.

Interview
The interview process was fairly easy. I had a screening phone call followed by two Skype calls. I know they like to bring people into the office for interviews if they are in the area. I spoke directly with HR and the COO. The process took about a month or two.

They asked basic questions about me, strengths, weakness, etc. But the big thing is understanding what CPEX does, and what makes them different than their commercial real estate competitors.

Interview
Mr. Roberts is more about quality rather than sticking to GPA and past experience. He looks for potential rather than credentials. When he interviews an individual, he thinks if they can collaborate with the established teams, rather than if they're coming from an Ivy league or something prestigious.
