I applied through a 3rd party website. I received an email from HR requesting a phone interview. After the phone interview, I felt great because the person on the other end of the line was friendly and down to earth. I received a call from HR requesting an in-person interview. This all happened within one week. I met with HR and 2 other department heads, all of which were so friendly and inviting. Meeting them made me really want to work there. I was told they had other applicants to interview and that I would hear either way within the nest week. A few days went by and I was offered a position.
