The person who interviewed me for marketing was an unprofessional and dishonest about the hiring process. He Admitted to grilling me extra and promised a response by the following week, as he swore up and down I was the strongest candidates. I received no response with not even a rejection email and its been several months. That behavior does not exhibit the way you claim to value treating applicants during screening. I don't appreciate having my time wasted.

Interview
The interview process went well I thought. I spoke with a recruiter and then had 2 follow up interviews with a manager. I received a generic email thanking me for applying but let me know I was not selected to continue. After investing in 3 interviews I would have hoped to at least gotten a personal email from one of the interviewers. I reached out again to ask for feedback on why I was not selected but also received no response. I was so impressed with CORA during the interview so I was quite surprised of how candidates that are not selected are receiving no true follow up. I would have loved to try to interview again at a future date if another position opened up but based on this interview process went I would not want to put myself through that again. I wanted to express this concern to the interview team but since no one reached out to me further I chose to express my concern here.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CORA Physical Therapy in Jul 2023
Interview
Very laid back. Shadowed the PT for 1-2 hours to see how the clinic ran, and then proceeded with the sit-down interview. Very basic interview questions, with a few situational questions here and there.
