      Middle Python Developer Interview

      26 Sept 2025
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Ivano-Frankivs'k
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at COAX Software (Ivano-Frankivs'k) in Aug 2025

      Interview

The interview experience was disappointing. The process felt more like a memory quiz than a professional conversation. Instead of explaining answers or discussing reasoning, the interviewer often dismissed responses without clarification. At times it seemed the interviewer was not confident about certain topics themselves, which created unnecessary tension. Additionally, there were negative reactions (eye rolling, dismissive attitude) whenever I didn’t provide the expected answer, which left a very poor impression about the company culture. Overall, the interview was not constructive, and I did not feel respected as a candidate.
