The entire process was very conversational and low-key. I wasn't asked any hardball questions and the hiring manager was very friendly and nice. I did have to wait a really long time before getting a final offer
The team I interviewed with asked a lot of editorial and exepriential questions. they are very nice and pleasent to talk to. they were easy to talk to as well.
Phone interview and then in person interview. Good questions related to the role, news proficiency, and culture fit. Spoke directly to the hiring manager and was able to ask questions back.
