It took forever for someone to get back to me about my application, and even then, setting up a time to talk was hard. They should have gotten back to me before months had gone by.
It was well structured, had relevant questions with prompt response time from recruiters. From start to finish it took about 3 weeks to complete. It was a smooth onboarding process.

Ultimately interviewed by 2 people. Both seemed keenly interested in ensuring quality & creativity, advocacy for writers and ability to work with difficult personalities. So I guess since 2 of them mentioned it that's high on the list of desirables
