They hire on a temp to permanent basis, extensive background check and drug screening. There's a lot of mandatory overtime. Only one 10 minute break and one 30 min lunch are given. Showing up to your work station 15 minutes early is expected.

Routine interview questions, except for their criminal background. They want to know everything including traffic violations.

First they invited all the applicant to written exam include: IQ, Math, English and some Technical questions. Then face to face interview with HR and one of supervisors and after all reference check, they have called my past company in outside of Canada

Interviewer is very nice and up front about the production facility, hot, sometimes long hours, only 1 break and then lunch. Had no idea what the IOWA READINESS CERTIFICATE was/is so workforce lied about needing that.
