Overall, they have a great product, very important service, very smart CEO.
I asked and offered specific information and specific questions to get the conversation rolling, learnt what the importance of CNC is, again - great solution.
Offices layout and setup was very odd, not in order, it was very clear it wasn't a proper place to work in and no diversity. I could tell by the equipment they use in their call center they are new to this field.
They clearly stated working hours, no flexibility, no work-life balance, very very low pay.
There was a bad smell on the entire floor.
