Very easy going, managers were very kind and just wanted to get to know candidates. Even though there were preset questions, it felt very conversational which helped to make candidates not nervous.

The hiring process begins with an HR round focused on understanding the candidate’s background, communication skills, career goals, and cultural fit. This is followed by a detailed technical interview, an interactive discussion with the manager, and ends with the final selection of the most suitable candidate.

Interview
The process with HR was overly formal and impersonal. My experience didn't seem to matter when it came time to negotiate salary. The offer I received was below my value. I refused and they came back with something interesting.
