Pretty standard, recruiter telephone screening followed by interview via Teams with hiring manager. Scheduling proved to be a challenge with little to no regard for your own schedule, very much a take it or leave it mentality. Not an inclusive culture by any means.

Interview
One interview with a senior director, and one with 3 VPs before a verbal offer was made. All by video, given the Covid situation. Entirely soft-skilled focus. None was more than 45 minutes long. Not very stressful. Everyone was very nice but maybe it went a little too quickly.
