the interview process is challenging, it's a build up phases. First you have the assignment that you will solve and send it back to the company, this assignment is based of your choice regarding the technology used ( java,react). Second, if you pass the assignment you will begin with an HR interview wish was very friendly, after it you have a technical interview. Finally, if you pass the technical and Hr interview you have a management interview with one of the founders of the company. Overall it was a pleasant process, it's innovative they try to see if a person can learn and adapt to new technologies that are emerging.
