Interview
Heard about the position from a friend, applied online and had resume submitted to hiring manager by friend. Heard back about a week later with a request to come in for an interview. The interview consisted of two rounds of two-panel interviewers. After the interview I received a call from HR in a short time with an offer.

Question 1
Fairly standard. What's a forward? What's a future? What's an Option? If I produce gold and I'm trying to hedge, should I be long or short? If I have a 50% chance of losing $10 and a 50% chance of gaining $10, what is my expected value? What is Delta? What is the formula for CAPM?, how would I make a synthetic long using options? How would I make a Strangle?

Interview
Scheduled for a 3-person interview set via an HR email. Showed up 15 mins early to the interview, and was taken back 10 minutes late. Interview order in email read approximately: Head Mgr, Medium mgr, Analyst. Was actually taken back by the Analyst first, who was friendly but seemed groggy and unprepared for the interview (no formal question set). Head Manager came down second, spent 10 minutes in our interview (asking basic behavioral interview questions) and rushed out to a meeting he was late for. The Medium Mgr was sick that day so I was impromptu interviewed by another analyst- who was also friendly.
Overall, negative experience. Casual dress/demeanor, lack of actually reading my resume (mgr actually admitted that our interview was first time he had seen it) and late/altered order interviews all seemed unprofessional.
Turned down a second round set of interviews due to experience.

All behavioral, one or two technical (bull-call spread definition, price for options based on time). General discussion about risk mgmt in derivatives (non-linear exposures etc…)
