Interview
First met with one person. Then had to do a project and deliver to multiple people. During the presentation I was asked multiple questions about the project to test my industry knowledge. I was also asked about myself and why I would be a good fit to work for CLS.

Question 1
Most of my questions were tailored off of the project I had to complete. It was all job based, testing my knowledge of the industry. Information about whether I would recommend certain plan designs based on type of company, questions about carriers, products and a few legal/compliance/tax questions.
