CJ Affiliate interview questions

I applied online and was first contacted by the HR lead. We had three calls where she asked questions about my experience and my resume. She was very thorough, going beyond the experience I had listed, they took the time to really get to know me. Then I had an interview with a panel of two senior leaders. Those were interview questions about my previous roles, results and management style. I think everything was in line with the role and my level of experience.
