The interview process begins by a presentation of an ego piece of a video basically featuring the ED. You’re then asked a series of basic questions about the job—don’t worry none of it’s hard because the organization is always in desperate need of employees. The interview ends in your providing a written response to some questions, which is later passed on to the ED’s psychologist friend to analyze your writing.
