CINQCARE interview questions

First interviewed with the hiring mgr and then their boss. Both seemed to be good people that I could see myself working for and with. Then interviewed with the CFO, he is quite slimy. They advertise a job title and pay range, no problem there. But then the job description and duties were at a level or several levels higher, not aligned at all with the title and pay. They had been trying to fill this position for at least 6 months. Duh. Yet the CFO talks as if the position is nothing special. They say the company is like building an airplane while trying to fly it. So, as others have posted, there is chaos. Even after almost 5 years since inception.

The interview processes was lengthy. Multiple interviews were very far apart. The company is highly unorganized. There is little to no follow up or follow through. You need to be on top of them otherwise you won't hear back.
