Intensive interview process. You are expected to know the industry and written assessment is required. The package they offered was comparatively attractive then other companies. Very Chinese culture. Make sure you can accept that before taking the offer.

4 rounds of interviews. 1) HR, 2) Hiring manage, 3) Other teams, 4) Senior managers. The hiring manager was excellent and nice, asked about many relevant questions and provided his own insights.
