Interview
Panel interview with two individuals who were either associates or associate directors followed by a final round which has two interview panels, 30 minute each which were conducted by directors. Finally there was a cocktail mixer to network and show the soft skills.

Question 1
Behavioral questions pertaining to team work, conflicts, etc. Technical questions were about the difference between EBITDA and net income and why you use one over the other, how to value a company from a credit perspective, credit ratios
Standard process with initial technical and behavioral interviews by current analysts. Then spoke with 4 executive directors and finally went up for in-person superday where I interviewed with 3 managing directors.

Applied the 2020 summer intern position, and the first interview was in Montreal. Generally, behavior questions with a strong interest in your resume. The corporate banking division worked very closely with the IBD, and be sure to have more conversation after answering their questions. Didn't get the super day.
