What hiring/interview process? I passed the hiring process because I was young, dumb and impressionable. I was thrilled for my first salary but soon came to realize I would be SEVERELY unpaid and over worked.

Questions were typical. Are you organized? How do you handle stress? They may have asked typical questions to make the process super easy but they did not even take any notes regarding my responses. Poor listeners.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at CI-Group in Nov 2025
Interview
I interviewed for a role at CI Group, which was handled entirely by the recruiter because the hiring team didn’t have time to meet. I was told they would review the recorded interview and get back to me in a few days. Over four weeks later, communication was minimal and updates were rare, and in the end the recruiter informed me they were no longer handling the role. The process felt disorganized, impersonal, and frustrating, with no real closure. I wouldn’t recommend this company.
