Can't get an interview applied through multiple channels, head hunter, on-line, through a staffing agency. Spoke to the HR person everything goes great to set up an interview then they call back and say they aren't interested or the position is filled. No one can tell me why. It's either my age or a minor mistake I paid for with the Nursing Board that was over 20 years ago.

I have only made it to the first stage where they ask me about my experience and it always goes very positive. They asked me the stupid question about what's your worst attribute.
I think it was a very straightforward interview. I Answered questions about my background and I asked them questions about the department. It was low stress and personable. The people were very down to earth.

Interview
Interviewed on 3 units, panel interview was conducted with questions about my experience and personality. I was also given a rundown on how things worked on the unit, what the unit saw on a daily basis, and what the unit was looking for in a nurse.
