CFL interview questions

The hiring process begins with an initial phone appointment to schedule the next steps. Before the interview, candidates must complete a psychometric test. The interview itself is conducted via video conference with three interviewers. Finally, the hiring decision is communicated to the candidate via email.

It was a fairly quick interview process with very nice people conducting each of the interviews. There were at least 2 stages of interviews and each interview was about 15-30 minutes
