I took 3 tests. English (TOIC), Psychometric and one study case management. I received three interviews, with Human Resources, with my direct supervisor and whit the Plant Director. After this process they gave me the Salary proposal, and after my YES, the send me to get my medical (blood test, strength, breath, urine, etc. This process took me almost 1/2 year.
