I went through three interviews. First a phone interview with a recruiter, then a phone interview with the supervisor for the position, then an in-person interview. The recruiter was always the point of contact and scheduler. There were long delays and periods of no information, I believe on CECP's part, not due to the recruiter. I was based in another East Coast city and had to pay my own way to the in-person interview. The in-person interview included an excel test. I was not offered the position. I emailed and called the supervisor twice, and when I didn't hear back from her, I finally emailed the recruiter and she got the supervisor to respond to me. By that point it had been a month and a half since my final interview.
